Ryugyang hotel

The 105 storey Ryugyang hotel. When construction started in 1987 it was supposed to open in 1989, but due to financial constraints after the collapse of the Soviet Union it remained uncompleted until 2008 when an Egyptian company continued work on it. The building is seen with a government slogan in the foreground which reads, 'The greatest respect to leader Kim Jong-Un’. Pyongyang, North Korea
